shipping

I try to ship all orders received within 2-3 days of receipt, often sooner. Jewelry is shipped USPS First Class or Priority with delivery confirmation and tracking. Expect to see your package within 3-7 business days. If you would like expedited shipping please contact me to discuss the options. 

All items purchased come packaged in a sturdy jewelry box, ready to gift. Included is a care card as well, with tips on how to keep your jewelry like new.

Take care to give an accurate billing and shipping address. emmy starr designs will not be responsible for any lost or stolen goods during shipment.

All orders shipped to Connecticut will be charged 6.35% sales tax.

An email confirmation will be sent to you once your jewelry has shipped.

returns & exchanges

Your order may be returned for any reason provided the items are in their original condition and packaging. I will gladly accept your return and issue you a refund, however shipping costs will not be reimbursed.  Returns of non-damaged goods must be received within 30 days from the date of your sale, and must be received in perfect condition, including original packaging.
